SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your order.

UK DELIVERY

Our standard UK delivery timeframe is approximately 10–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Because our paintings are prepared and fulfilled specifically for each order, delivery can take longer than standard domestic retail delivery. Please allow additional time during particularly busy periods, holidays or periods of increased demand. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for fulfilment and dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery is available to selected destinations. Available countries, delivery options and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and local carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and complying with any applicable local import requirements.

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Please contact us within this period. Once notified, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Returned items should be in a condition that allows us to assess them. This cancellation right does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we receive your returned item, we will assess it and process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where a refund is due, we will generally refund the original payment method. Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the standard delivery charge originally paid, where applicable. Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging where applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

If something appears to be missing from your kit, please contact us with your order number and details of the missing item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still have cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law.
