WHAT KIND OF PHOTO SHOULD I USE?
Choose a clear, well-lit photograph with a strong focal subject and plenty of visible detail. Avoid very dark, blurry or heavily filtered images where possible.
CAN I USE A PHOTO OF MY PET?
Absolutely. Pets, family members, couples, places and meaningful moments can all be turned into custom paint-by-numbers designs, provided the photograph is suitable.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM PAINTING TAKE?
Custom designs require additional preparation before your kit is made. Your estimated processing and delivery timeframe will be shown during the ordering process.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?
We review your photograph, transform it into a numbered paint-by-numbers design and prepare your custom kit for production.
CAN I REQUEST CHANGES TO MY DESIGN?
If your photograph requires clarification or there is an issue with the design, we will contact you before production. Any available revision process should follow our current custom-order policy.
WHICH COLOUR OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
24 colours offers a simpler palette, 36 colours provides more colour variation and 48 colours gives the widest colour range and most detailed finish.
SHOULD I CHOOSE FRAMED OR UNFRAMED?
Choose unframed if you would like to frame your finished painting yourself. Choose framed if you want a ready-to-display presentation.
CAN I ORDER ONE AS A GIFT?

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY CUSTOM ORDER?
